After graduating from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2005, Dr. Atali completed his PhD in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Department in 2011. His PhD thesis was about “Comparison and Validation of Finite Element Analysis With A Servo-Hydraulic Testing Unit For A Biodegradable Fixation System In A Rabbit Model”. He has been working as a research assistant since 2011 in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Department. He has been lecturing at graduate and clinical practice levels. He is a member of ACBID, IADR and SORG. He has studied at Semmelweis University Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Department as an observer in 2003 (Hungary). He has many research papers in indexed journals and conference papers in international congresses. Dr. Atali’s current research interests include temporomandibular joint, dental implant, trauma and biomechanics.
